CHANCY and Ilori alongside one another submitted 8 fraudulent small business mortgage apps for a overall of $1,025,000 in small business loans. The business enterprise bank loan applications submitted by CHANCY and Ilori incorporated doctored financial institution statements and stated the identities of other individuals as the financial loan applicants, like stolen identities.
